With over 20 years of experience in design, art, and interior architecture, Maja can help you create the space you’ve been dreaming of! From designing yoga retreat centers all over the world, to creating dedicated healing spaces for yoga in your office, she is here to support you.
Maja combines yoga + breathwork creating a uniquely transformational experience for her students. Coming from the Corporate World she understands firsthand what employees are going through day to day.
Maja incorporates breathwork into the beginning of her sessions to prepare and open you up for deep healing. Her sessions focus on chakra alignment + balancing + body communication. This allows and awakens the recipient’s abilities for deeper inner communication.
TWO STAGE PRANAYAMA
Breathwork is a two stage pranayama (or breathing) practice that can allow you to work through unprocessed stress and emotions, and provides deep healing and relaxation.
Maja offers a unique, artistic and comprehensive approach to the practice that encourages her students to view challenges from alternate perspectives, and to live their lives to the fullest potential! Class intentions are incorporated and weaved into the practice through words, music, movements, and through breathwork. Reiki is shared at the end of every class during shavasana.
