BYC Teen Waiver

I am aware that yoga is a physical practice, breathwork is a breathing practice, and reiki is an ancient Japanese Art Form. MAJA REborn YOGA, Maja Re McCarthy, and Sara Price use various combinations of these practices to promote healing. These practices are meant to balance the body, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. I certify my understanding, and am aware that the instructors do not diagnose physical or emotional aliments, and are not a substitute for a qualified medical doctor or therapist. I also understand that the instructors do not administer medications nor offer medical advice. I will seek assistance from a qualified doctor or therapist for physical or emotional ailments before my child’s reiki session, practicing yoga, or practicing breathwork with MAJA REborn YOGA, Maja Re McCarthy, and/or Sara Price. My child is voluntarily participating in any/all sessions with them (past/present/future), and is healthy to be participating in such activities. I understand that these practices should be executed with caution to one’s personal limitations. I understand that yoga could cause injury to any/all body parts if not executed with caution to one’s personal limitations. In these uncertain times during the COVID-19 pandemic, I understand that MAJA REborn YOGA, Maja Re McCarthy, and Sara Price are following all state and local government guidelines regarding the virus and cannot be held liable for passing nor contracting COVID-19. I, the parent, assume full responsibility for any injury or illness, and fully understand that my child is participating at their own risk. Understanding all of the above – I, the parent, hereby hold MAJA REborn YOGA, Maja Re McCarthy, and Sara Price as harmless and release MAJA REborn YOGA, Maja Re McCarthy, and Sara Price from any/all responsibility resulting from my child's practice and/or any/all sessions (past/present/future) with them.
